Cheese bread and a Bianca pizza - it's the perfect long day cure. This place is the bomb! I saw some other reviews that were less than stellar but I've got to say, the pizza makers here proved them wrong. This is our go-to pizza spot!

To all of those out there that read reviews to find out the truth..PLEASE know that I speak nothing but the truth. Michelangelo's pizza is by far the worst in Nashville. I ordered a large Pizza ( pepperoni, mushroom ,extra cheese) and what I was delivered was appalling. It was almost burnt, the topping slid RIGHT off the top of the pizza leaving sorry prepare dough...the taste was horrible. The customer service was also terrible. I called and ordered my pizza and the woman on line didn't take my phone number or apartment number...i called back and she was like " yea ok, we'll get it to you". I will never order from here again.

Found this spot on Yelp and thought I would order a carry out Calzone. Very very good. My typical all meat calzone. And they did not disappoint. It was very tasty...fresh, perfectly cooked, tasty, and will have plenty for left overs. My kinda pizza joint.
I recommend it. A can;t miss spot. Also, the owners were very nice as I walked in..Very sincere. -

The pizza is good but you really should try to do carry out to eat from here. Their delivery guy is working hard but he must be working alone or they are sorely understaffed.
If you order during a typical rush time (like dinner?) it's going to be closer to an hour than 45 minutes. Also, DO NOT trust ordering online. My bad. Their fax machine is broken so they aren't getting those online orders. If you do order online, call to confirm. Or, you know, call to order the pizza (which is what I should have done and saved myself and my kids this enormous wait as we waiting the first hour for a pizza order they never received).
I'll order again (because it's pizza and I like supporting the local guy and the place feels like they are very clean) but today was an off day for me with them. I wanted to send the woman working the phones a drink. She sounded exhausted.
Their large is not very big and their gluten free only comes in one size that is quite small (some would say it's a personal sized pizza with a little extra for that person who wants to see what gluten free tastes like). Decent to good gluten free pizza if that's your requirement.
